No. Expedited dispatch is subject to availability and acceptance. Call to discuss the situation and confirm timing.
Is the $225 the full locate price?
No. It is a surcharge in addition to the applicable locate service and any additional field time.
Does this replace 811?
No. Public utility notification and response requirements still apply.
