Can every pipe be located?
No. Material, access, tracer wire, signal conditions, and depth affect detectability. We explain unresolved areas rather than treating an inconclusive result as an all-clear.
Does this include plastic pipes?
Some nonmetallic lines can be traced using accessible tracer wire or a traceable rodder. Access and site conditions determine feasibility; discuss the specific line when requesting service.
